I bought the device but I have to regret the manaual is only in Chinese. Bad that an inyernational seller doesn't intend to make translations !

the hearing aid does not work properly because the device has a loose wire, the rest of the functions work well.

instructions almost impossible to make sense of,,however i finally worked it out and have been using it twice a day for fifteen minutes to try and ease or fix tinnitus , i haven't noticed any difference yet but im prepared to give it several more months as it easy to use , it bedtime and wake up time

Use the massage function everyday, the ear buds like one with black rubber head, put the side button up and adjust the strength on top left panel until you feel the electric shock in your ear, it will turn off automatically after about 10 minutes. Regardless of how effective it is to you, the fact its ability to massage your inner ear is good for you I believe.

Works very well as a hearing aid, not noticed much difference if any with the tinnitus. My tinnitus is from chemotherapy, maybe no cure!
